[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide planning consultant services to assessment of road and bridge projects, bicycle network projects, and grouping of logically similar projects to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- The selected consultant may also be required to provide support for competitive planning
and potential capital programming grant applications, benefit cost analysis and related efforts as
necessary
- The overall goals are to assist in providing integrated and seamless programming and execution; develop conceptual project scopes, prepare cost and readiness estimates for capital projects to ensure reliable programming, explore innovative transportation service offerings, provide reliable and accurate capital programming data, analysis and assistance with the competitive grant application process to support works 10-year program and interface with state and local agencies and other stakeholders as required
- Planning Studies
- Readiness Reviews
- Attendance at public meetings and provide public involvement and stakeholder coordination and support
- Complete property, topographic, or highway baseline surveys
- Complete wetland flagging and permit applications
- Identify and locate existing utilities
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 5, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
