Government Authority located in Warwick, Rhode Island; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for E-rate eligible telecommunications service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide E-rate eligible telecommunications service to the government authority located in Warwick, RI.
- Vendors should also specify how their network service(s) will interface with the existing statewide network technologies that are primarily Ethernet-based and are aggregated internet access presence located,
- The vendor shall be responsible for maintaining, on an ongoing basis, all necessary traffic and routing information to keep its monthly end-to-end network availability at 99.7% for each installed circuit,
- The Department prefers the vendor to provide a password protected problem-reporting system accessible via the Internet that authorized Department or school and library personnel may access to open trouble tickets 24 X 7 X 365 and use that system to track the ticket status and escalations. The vendor will be required to demonstrate the repair tracking database prior to any award from the Department.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
