[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide video system upgrade and addition to the government authority located in Johnston, RI.
- Supply and install all equipment as specified,
- Equipment to include but not limited to the following: Network Video Recorder, 24 port Network Switch, Twenty HD IP Cameras to replace existing, Five new HD Camera setups, Five - 50 inch Video Display Monitors and Two Dell or equal PC’s for client software and viewing,
- Supply and Installation to be fully functional with on-site client tutorial provided,
- One year full warranty of parts and labor including tech support as needed.
(2) A Pre-Proposal conference will be held on August 24, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
