[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive reading and math universal screening, diagnostic, progress monitoring system to use in measuring student learning in reading and mathematics from k-12 with administration capacity of up to 150,000 students three times per year.
- The computer-based assessments will provide universal screener and diagnostics, tools for daily formative assessment and periodic progress-monitoring technology to enhance curriculum, support differentiated instruction, and personalize practice in reading and math.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2020.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
