(1) Vendor needs to provide asset and valuation audit services for the purpose of valuation and consolidation of town and school finance, human resources, technology, and facility departments to the government authority located in Middletown, RI.
▪ A schedule of all assets for each department or functional area
▪ A financial statement for each department or functional area for FY 2018 through FY 2020
▪ A schedule detailing the sources of funds for each department or functional area, both restricted and unrestricted
▪ A schedule of hours worked for each employee by department.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2020.

Onshore (USA Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
