[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide tax collection and utility billing collections software.
- Ability to download information to Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and Word
- Ashco report functionality and query capabilities
- Ability to create reports in .pdf format
- Ability to download reports into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
- Full security functionality for multiple levels of users
- Ability to manipulate the data with third party report writer software
- Ability to convert all existing data from the current systems identified above
- Ability to inquire into all activity for any property regardless of owner
- Ability to print labels for real estate, personal property, exemptions, farm, forest and open space with the ability to contain the account number with it or just the parcel id
- Full tax collection and billing functionality
- Internet capability for taxpayers to look-up payment information and process payments over the internet
- Ability to provide tax bill presentment over the Internet to taxpayers
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 15, 2020.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
