Government Authority located in Bristol, Rhode Island; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for recycling hauling services.
[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide recycling hauling services to the government authority located in Bristol, RI.
- The work includes the provision of open and closed top roll-off containers to serve the Solid Waste Transfer Station and Special Waste Area to haul: approximately 7,400 tons per year of municipal solid waste and approximately 1,800 tons per year of mixed solid waste to include construction and demolition wood and sheetrock, bulky goods such as carpets, appliances, tires, asphalt shingles and light and heavy mixed metals to properly licensed disposal reuse or recycling facilities,
- This contract includes the on-site collection of recycling approximately 52 tons per year from five (5) separate condominium developments in town and either dumping the collected recycling at the Transfer Station or hauling,
- In addition, this contract includes providing a large (110 CY min) covered trailer for collection of and hauling the curbside recycling collected by the Town.
(2) A Pre-Proposal conference will be held on June 22, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
