- The written transcription must be returned as a MS word document,
- A secured files transmission software, telephone lines, cassette, video, digital or CD files, etc.
(2) A contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
