Government Authority located in Newport, Rhode Island; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for facility investment services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide facility investment services for preventative maintenance repair and alteration services to the government authority located in Newport, RI.
- The Contractor shall perform work control to ensure requests for services are properly received, identified, tracked and reported in a timely manner.
- The Contractor shall receive Emergency/ Urgent/Routine service requests to ensure work requirements are properly received, prioritized, and routed for execution in a timely manner.
- The Contractor shall perform service order work in a timely manner and ensure facilities and installed equipment and systems are restored to a safe, normal working condition and function properly.
- The Contractor shall respond to emergency service orders and arrest emergent conditions to minimize and mitigate damage to facilities, equipment, and installed equipment and systems that pose a danger to personnel.
- The Contractor shall complete routine service orders in a timely manner and ensure facilities and installed equipment and systems are restored to a safe, normal working condition and function properly.
- After a Service order is completed, the Contractor shall report the results of such service and any identified defects or deficiencies to the FSC/PAR in a standardized computer generated report.
- The Contractor shall maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure proper operation, to minimize breakdowns, and to maximize useful life, including Steam traps.
- The Contractor shall provide operation, monitoring, programming, troubleshooting, performance analysis, software upgrades, hardware upgrades and other related duties to operate the Naval Station Newport DDC System
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 12, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite.
