[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide payroll, timekeeping and human resources information system for tracking, analysing and processing approximately 150-175 employees in accordance with policies, union contracts and compensation plans requirement stipulated below is required for each payroll on a bi-weekly basis,
- Availability of internet processing and/or all computer hardware, software and time clocks and all prerequisite specifications that are to be installed on site in order to process the payroll,
- Complete Federal and State Tax Filing,
- New Hire Reporting,
- Wage Garnishment,
- HR Reporting,
- Data Retention and Conversion of Previous Payroll System and
- Integration capabilities with outside benefit carriers and vendors, etc.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 8, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
