Government Authority located in Rhode Island; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for public school phone system.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide public school phone system to all e911 legislation, replacing our aging phone system while utilizing existing infrastructure (wiring, components) where possible, and having a managed transition from our old to new system.
- A system that is capable of connecting and working with our Bogen public address (PA) systems, capable and configured to use the phone speaker feature to function as a PA, cross campus/cross district PA announcements through the phone system, a system that will work with our current Panasonic, soon to be Yealink intercom phones for building access, four-digit intra-district dialling, and e911 notification features required by law. WPS is also looking to ensure exact room, building specific e911 location information is sent to emergency services when a phone dial 911.
• No custom-fabricated products are allowed. Only standard manufacturers/manufactured equipment will be accepted.
• Integrator shall supply all product cut sheets for all products and materials.
• Integrator should account for all shipping costs and all required permits and fees.
• This proposal should include for all required specialized equipment such as bucket truck, boom lift or any other equipment needed to complete the job
- Voice mail system that supports up to 500 users, but is not limited to 500 and can be expanded upon as requested. If the voice mail system is dependent on concurrent connections, the bid should include recommended number of licenses for the district
- Provide 1 additional trunk ports and licenses beyond connected equipment for expansion of use at each location
- All necessary programming and OS software Licenses

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
