[A] Budget: looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide to procure a new utility billing system, including functionality list and a template for vendors to provide pricing,
- Allow the Down load of water meter reads into the system,
- Calculate Water Bills for all 75,000 customers,
- Post payments individually & through a lock box file,
- Billing System will have primary responsibility to manage/implement their software while the firm,
- Ability to identify accounts that are delinquent by specific number of days,
- Monitor Payment agreements,
- Auto Bill accounts /cycles, etc.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
