Government Authority located in Providence, Rhode Island; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for recruitment and development services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide recruitment and development services that capable of providing access to high quality, high potential candidates to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Screening and matching of high quality candidates to meet employment needs within the district
• Selection process for recruitment of high quality candidate pool for potential placement within the district
• Align prospective candidates to specific capacity needs within the district (e.g., secondary Math, Science and ELA teachers)
- Support the development of selected candidates after placement in the district
• If a candidate provided by the approved service provider is selected for an open position, the service provider would:
o Support the on boarding of candidates selected by district to fill identified needs
o Provide professional development through outside coaching or other relevant support (seminars, cohort meetings, etc.) differentiated to align to the fulfillment of selected candidate’s work with the district
o Support candidates through any necessary certification requirement criteria.
o Hold candidates to high expectations of professionalism and conduct.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 12, 2020.
(3) Contract term will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
