Government Authority located in Kingston, Rhode Island; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for scanning electron microscope system.
[A] Budget: looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide a low vacuum scanning electron microscope with an energy dispersive spectroscopy detector, which includes a dedicated automated software,
- High and Low vacuum modes with a wide pressure range,
- Turbo molecular pump and necessary number of roughing pumps with fully automated vacuum sequencing, charge free scanning for poor electron conducting forensic samples,
- Software includes multiple imaging modes, Thermionic electron gun, cartridge type assembly with auto filament | saturation, auto emission current, auto gun alignment, and auto condenser lens | alignment. Manual override shall be available for these functions to the government authority located in Kingston, RI.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 11, 2020.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
