[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide audiology services to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
● Interpret audiology assessment results for school personnel,
● Make recommendations regarding placement and modifications of classroom environments for students with hearing impairment or other audiological impairments,
● Provide in-service training on hearing and hearing impairments and their implication to school personnel,
● Make recommendations for assistive listening devices for students with hearing impairments,
● Ensure proper fit and functioning of hearing aids, group and classroom amplification, and listening devices,
● Monitor of assistive listening devices to be scheduled 3 times per year,
● Assistive listening devices that are in need of repair will be repaired and if necessary forwarded to the manufacturer for repair,
● Develop and provide reference materials for classrooms,
● Complete quarterly reports outlining deliverables,
● Collect assistive devices at the conclusion of the school year to assess functioning and recalibrate devices to student needs and return prior to the first day of school.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 8, 2020.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (US Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
