[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide document custodian services to the government authority located in Rhode Island.
- The primary role of the document custodian is to make required pool or loan certifications and to maintain physical and custodial control of the related pool, loan and/or loan package documents. Submit to the document custodian, via overnight mail, pool and/or loan documents requiring certification for pooling.
- The document custodian will ensure that certifications are made accurately and timely and will communicate back to the certification status of all submitted documents in an efficient and timely manner.
- The document custodian will, upon request of, release documents back to in a timely manner.
- The document custodian will have established written procedures that address the certification review and the control of all submitted documents including, but not limited to: the note, allonge, mortgage, assignments of the mortgage or deed of trust, and any special documentation requirements.
