Government Authority located in Rhode Island; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for fleet management software platform.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide and implement a fleet management software system to improve efficiencies of the State’s fleet operations.
• Provide a fleet management software system capable of replacing the existing mainframe system
• The software must be capable of the following: a. Generating work order numbers. b. Must communicate directly with the existing Oracle based RIFANS system c. Must communicate directly with the fuel management system d. Bill agencies for work completed from work orders e. Generate reports per legislative requirements f. Generate reports and metrics for fuel consumption and idle times g. Provide and/or incorporate a GPS telematics system into the software h. Include a risk management function for the purpose of tracking and documenting insurance related incidents i. Motor pool management J. Tracking vehicle maintenance k. Generate path reports
• The vendor must have the ability to enter data, track and change vehicle assets on behalf of the State.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 26, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
