[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide cash collection lockbox services to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Ability to process both single and multiple payments,
- Same day deposit of items received at the PO Box.,
- ARC conversion of applicable check payments,
- Re-depositing of both check and ARC returns as permitted by regulations,
- Electronic receipt of online banking payments and consolidation with the daily lockbox file,
- Data entry of account number for posting check only payments (no remittance included),
- Online access to images of reports and processed items (remittances and checks front and
back),
- Daily Messenger for the delivery of reports, correspondence and unprocessed items,
- Ability to wire transfer funds out of the Lock Box Account,
- Ability to block payments to certain accounts (Derogatory File),
- Remote Deposit – for depositing checks received at Providence Water’s Office – must have same
day cash availability,
- Ability to reconcile – on-line - remote deposits,
- Ability to accept wire deposit transfers from our credit card vendor, ACH vendor and the
customers of providence water,
- ACH Origination for initiating ACH transactions for customers on auto debit,
- Ability to receive only the original bills back that contain a sensitivity mark on the water bills.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
