[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide behavioural health system to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Health equity; Transitions across levels of care and systems of care; Integration of mental health, , primary care, and health related social needs; Early identification and intervention, leveraging the Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment benefit for children and youth as needed; Supporting treatment provider capacity by addressing the barriers that impact capacity, access to care. This should include data collection and interviews with current and prospective providers licensed by BHDDH, including Community Mental Health Centers, Opioid Treatment Programs, Center of Excellences, as well as representatives from Managed Care Organizations and Accountable Entities, Additional priority topics that emerge from the work and are agreed upon by the state.
- Medicaid benefit structure and financing, provider oversight and monitoring, promising payment and delivery models, and integration and coordination of care;

(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 4, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
