[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resources planning system solution including HR, finance and student information systems.
- ERP systems that would be suitable for URI. The software should be appropriate for a public institution that is a high impact, multi-campus, multi-college, research University with a national and international student body that has a diverse set of requirements.
- URI uses PeopleSoft System for Financials, Human Resources Management and Student. The existing systems have been in place for decades. The primary goal of this information request is to explore options, learn about features and compatibility of various ERP systems, and obtain a realistic timeline and pricing structure for ERP system replacements, separately for each system (Student, Finance, HR), as well as for a combined full replacement solution.
- Provide end-users, decision makers and stakeholders at all levels with easy, flexible, dynamic and user-friendly access to Finance, HR and student information management functions, provide institutional rules-based processing to support business processes and reporting enhance the efficiency of business processes and operations by reducing or eliminating paperwork, current manual processes, duplicate data entry and inefficient/unintuitive system interactions. this would include comprehensive use of accounting distribution elements/dimensions across all modules of the business system, offer document imaging and storage, either directly or through integrations with a secondary document management system, facilitate continuous improvement, adaptability and innovation through the better use of HR/finance/student data and efficient transaction processing, offer software as a service/hosting options, provide auditing/logging capabilities and allow for integrations to other systems utilizing web services and API's, offer robust, integrated self-service functionality including reporting, be mobile friendly, provide integrated workflow capabilities, the system must be compliant with all regulations governing each business function, the vendor must have established experience with research universities
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 10, 2020.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
