Vendor needs to provide cloud-based curriculum and catalog management system to manage the Institution's academic curriculum process and interface smoothly with the production of the catalog.

- support all aspects of both the Curriculum and Catalog Management systems and clearly identify any subcontractors used to support
- Streamline and manage the curriculum process from proposal to catalog
- routing, transparency, and accuracy of information at all levels 'of the curriculum process
- Integrate fully with Institutional software
- automatic online routing process for all proposals through varied pathways depending on the proposals
- Manage many courses and their complex data relationships with one proposal
- Allows for document uploads and downloads within the system
- Allow for customizable forms within the system
- Answers on forms prompt any required document uploads
- Tracks all editing of proposals throughout process including timestamps and individual
- Allows for Committee approval comments and/or notes during various approvals in the routing chain
- Cloud-based curriculum management and catalog management systems that integrates seamlessly with each other and integrate fully with campus PeopleSoft
- System-generated tracking and triggering notifications for proposals in process that are pending for a long time
- Mobile optimized web interface for both catalog and curriculum modules.
