[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide IP security cameras, ID cards and access control systems to the government authority located in East Providence, RI.
- A complete access control system is defined as all card readers, access cards, controllers, specific access control panels, power supplies etc. as well as all cable/wiring and door replacements/retrofits, needed to achieve a complete, functional and scalable system.
- The Contractor shall provide all materials, hardware, software, fabrication, installation, programming, and testing in conformity with manufacturer’s documentation, specifications contained herein, and applicable codes.
1. Restrict or grant access to doors across the network
2. Monitor integrated video surveillance feeds
3. Manage facility security online
4. Provide Card readers RFID and Biometric for scan or swipe
5. Installation Wired and Wireless door locks
6. Options for Door controls with retrofit or replace guidelines
7. Elevator controls
8. Remote management with user permissions
9. Visitor Management System
10. 24-7 technical support
- ID Card System to include software, printer, ID cards for 300 employees -Access Control to include main entrances and interior doors: 30.
