Vendor needs to provide agenda and minutes management system and solution that can meet the standards outlined and accomplish the following primary goals provide synchronization and posting of agendas, minutes and back-up materials, provide search capabilities for agendas, minutes and supporting materials, provide resolutions and ordinance summary lists, provide capability to view final agenda and minutes online, in print and on external media, provide a complete data back-up of all documents, files and images in portable document formation an external hard drive, provide access to download back-ups of all documents, files and images on an ongoing basis, provide read-only information access for citizens, provide an option for document management and retention, search and retrieval, provide advanced search methods including search by name, phrase and proximity, single URL hosting of agendas, minutes and attachments.

- Onshore (USA Only);

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
