[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide RIDE Adult Education Student Data Management Information System including programming, upgrades, backups, APIs, troubleshooting, helpdesk, training for users, and servers to host the system.
• Meet federal, state, and local reporting requirements including timely response to future changes particularly in federal reporting
• Provide a system for quality, consistent and accessible information for state and local staff
• Offer a user-friendly efficient system for managing student records, generating reports and supporting program operations
• Improve productivity through automation of processes and procedures and the use of data validation tools when possible
• Increase data analysis and program evaluation processes through expanded user capabilities
(2) All Questions must be submitted no later than January 28, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
