[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide electronic e-procurement bidding system
- Approximately 8,000 vendors registered in the current system, and a transition of those vendors from the current system will be required
- The home page on the e-procurement system should to be flexible so as to add additional location names as well as City/Town seals, if desired, the ability on the home page to add an introduction, summary information, or basic bidding information is desired, as is the ability to change the home page in-house
- No restrictions on size of documents uploaded into system,
- Flexibility on home page to add graphics, such as city seals, heading, city introduction, etc. by the Administrator,
- Timely customer service to the City is critical in the event of issues or concerns arising on the e-procurement system.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
