Government Authority located in Providence, Rhode Island; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for electronic security systems.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide and install new video surveillance, management, and access control systems to serve the new courthouse parking garage to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Electronic Security Systems (ESS) are approaching end-of-life product availability and technical support status and will not support expansion to include the Garage.
- Cameras shall be installed as shown on the attached line diagrams and drawings, and situated to observe all perimeter entrances and exits, as well as key interior areas.
- Cameras shall be placed to view activity in elevator cabs and elevator lobbies
- Surveillance system’s video recorders and associated video control head-end equipment will be rack-mounted within the Security Equipment Room.
- Video Management System shall be based on a true open architecture that shall allow the use of non-proprietary workstation and server hardware, non-proprietary network infrastructure and
non-proprietary storage.
- The Video Management System shall offer a complete and scalable video surveillance solution that shall allow cameras to be added on a unit-by-unit basis.
- The Video Management System shall interface with analog-to-digital video encoders and IP cameras.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid conference and walkthrough will be held on January 6, 2020.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than January 8, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
