[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide an innovative, evidence-informed prevention and intervention program that includes statistically proven measurable results to reduce distracted driving to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- The selected vendor will be required to present the program to a minimum of ten employers and colleges or universities for each contract year.
- The selected vendor will be required to reach a minimum of 15,000 participants at the conclusion
of the three-year contract period.
- Develop program content
- Develop a list of priority schools and employers to target in an effort to reach the most participants
- Schedule and coordinate all presentations with input from RIDOT/OHS and stakeholders.
- Develop a logistics plan for program presentation, pre-surveys, and post surveys
- Collect, analyze and submit data, as directed by RIDOT
- Submit monthly reports, as directed by RIDOT
- Submit an Annual Report for each contract year, as directed by RIDOT
- Submit a Final Report at the end of the contract term, as directed by RIDOT
- Related tasks as directed by RIDOT.
- Employers and colleges and universities will be required to conduct and promote the surveys as a prerequisite for participation in the program.
- It is the vendor’s responsibility to coordinate with and collect the Pre-program survey data in advance of each presentation as well as the POST program survey data following each
presentation.
- The office on highway safety will notify employers and colleges and universities of the availability of the presentations.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 8, 2020
(3) The contract period will be for three year.
