Government Authority located in Rhode Island, USA based organization looking for expert vendor for technical writing services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide technical writing services.
- All presently approved specification revisions and outstanding compilations shall be incorporated into the Blue Book in the existing format of the 2004 edition
- The vendor shall submit the final document electronically including hyperlinks to sub-sections as well as a hard copy document
- All existing job specific specifications must be reviewed for potential inclusion into the updated blue book
- Specifications shall be written in plain language, active imperative voice using a predominant mix of performance-based specifications with limited proscriptive based direction
(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 13, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
