[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide increment financing investment banking services to the government authority located in Pawtucket, RI.
- Assist the City and PRA with development of bond structure and financing approaches.
- Assist in the evaluation of the credit impact of various development proposals and packages.
- Provide a comparison of alternative financing mechanisms.
- Provide preliminary cash flows for each scenario.
- Coordinate Investor outreach and information.
- Assist in the structuring, sizing, and timing of the issue and provide an optimal financing approach.
- Assist in the discussion and procurement of ratings and/or credit enhancement, the selection of rating agencies and/or any credit facility, and the range of costs that the City should be prepared to pay for credit enhancement, if applicable.
- Report on market conditions, trends in interest rates, and economic indicators.
- Work with the City and PRA to market the bonds at the lowest possible interest cost.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 27, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
