[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide IT security risk assessment services for information technology security, identify vulnerabilities and develop a mitigation plan with a prioritized road map of activities which will enhance agency position in preparing for and preventing threats.
- Understanding current system hardware, virtual machine environment and network design and functionality to ensure an effective and complete approach towards evaluating systems and networks.
- The system shall include both RIAC business functions as well as connected airport functions including security, airfield lighting, recording and baggage handling systems.
- Challenging systems and testing for susceptibility to advanced and persistent threats such as viruses, malware, ransomware, Trojan horses, botnets, emoted, trickbot and other targeted attach exploits.
- Evaluate agency current threat posture including antivirus and endpoint intrusion detection and prevention capabilities.
- Review wireless network system components for security vulnerabilities, validating system-specific configurations and know exploits
- Validate system-specific configurations and review for known exploits including firewalls, switches, routers, web servers, servers, storage, etc.
- Review existing IT mapping, policies and procedures and make recommendations for changes and or additional policy and procedure development.to the government authority located in Warwick, RI.
(2) All questions must be submitted via email no later than December 31, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
