(1) Vendor needs to provide American sign language interpreting and communication access real-time services.
- Video Remote Interpreting:
- Video Remote Interpreting is a free-based interpreting situation where at least one person is at a
Distance
- The interpreter can be physically located at a call center in another city, working remotely and connected through a high-speed internet connection
- Communication Access Realtime Translation:
- Communication access real-time translation is nearly verbatim, word-for-word instant translation of spoken word into written text using a stenotype machine or notebook computer and Realtime software
- The level of translation services will be determined by the user department, as needed
(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 31, 2020.

Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
