[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional stenographic reporting services for public hearings of the town council, planning board, platting board of appeals, zoning board of review, building code board of appeals and other boards as may be necessary.
- The vendor agrees to provide a bound, paper transcript with key indices, if so ordered by the town, within fourteen business days of the meeting and event
- Upon request, the vendor shall also provide an electronic copy of the transcript within fourteen business days of the meeting or event to the town designee
- The Town will reimburse the vendor for an appearance fee, any applicable hourly charges past the usual time block, and for transcribed pages, in accordance with the accepted bid prices
(2) Contract period will be for two years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
