[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide investment advisor services to assist the City's Police and Fire Pension Board (Pension Board) in managing the trust funds held for the benefit of the City's Police and Fire closed Pension Fund (the Pension Fund) and its retirees to the government authority located in Woonsocket, RI.
- Assisting in developing an investment policy
- Implementing, monitoring and managing the investment policy;
- Reviewing the adopted investment policy with the Pension Board on an ongoing basis including advising on periodic rebalancing of investments;
- Advising on risk management issues;
- Reporting and analysis of Pension Fund performance;
- Providing research on investment topics as requested;
- Working cooperatively with the Pension Fund's actuary to project the Pension's Funds asset life given expected investment results, City contributions and benefit pay-outs.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 6, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
