[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide human resources consulting services qualified offerors to provide a comprehensive classification and compensation study for non-classified university staff employees. A consultant to provide as current best practices, a modern system of position classifications based on job families. The deliverables for this project include new position descriptions for all non-classified staff positions, recommendations for competitive salary ranges for each grade or level of position description based on both internal equity and external market factors, and a compensation plan that incorporated mechanisms for equity and performance-based salary increases, along with the development of a robust compensation modeling tool to model and test affordability of the ranges proposed to the government authority located in Kingston, RI.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 3, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
