[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide case management service to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Coordinate: provide move-in assistance for new housing arrangements
- Identify the need for and refer to ongoing or long-term housing support
- Assistance with completion of housing applications and housing navigation (if re-occupancy of existing housing is ultimately found to not be possible and suitable alternative housing is required)
- Provide timely case notes and updates to city to inform court hearings.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on November 15, 2019.
(3) The term of contract will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
