[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide information systems security risk assessment audit services include a review of on-premise systems and cloud-deployed solutions to the government authority located in North Kingstown, RI.
- IT operations, internal security, and compliance controls and related policies and procedures
- Conduct a physical security assessment of the premises of the town and any application service providers, as-a-service, and cloud offerings
- Recommend corrective and preventative solutions, should they be required, for the town to implement in an effort to improve the informational environment
- Enter into a contract to provide periodic on-site risk management and review of information systems security procedures, analysis of system output data to identify potential breaches, suggest best practice, and apprise the information systems director of threats
- Third Party On-Site Security Audit:
- Review and provide feedback on physical security
- Review and provide feedback on information security
- Review and provide feedback on identity management
- Review and provide feedback on Cloud / ASP / SaaS applications
- Security Strategy and Systems
- Inbound and Outbound Remote Access Strategy
