Government Authority located North Kingstown, Rhode Island; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for leak detection survey services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide leak detection survey services to perform a leak detection survey on specified portions of water distribution system, The distribution system consists of three pressure zones which operate independently. The vast majority of the water mains in question are of transite/asbestos cement construction. A smaller percentage of water main to be surveyed are metallic. The leak detection survey will focus on identifying water service leaks in portions of system’s Low Pressure and Saunderstown High Pressure Zones
1) SYSTEM SURVEY AND PINPOINTING
A. Contractor shall, at an initial meeting with the Director of Water Supply and/or any
designated representatives, agree to suitable locations for data logger installation and then
install acoustic loggers on all valves designated
B. Loggers to be downloaded and full report of each valve logged
C. Pinpointing
- Traffic Control / Flagging Services to the government authority located in North Kingstown, RI.
