[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide community health worker certification training embedding creative community health workers in a variety of community-based organizations, to use arts and culture as media for engagement in individual and community health, the training will be developed and delivered collaboratively by a qualified trainer and by pre-identified artist-facilitators services, the training will lead a cohort of 8-10 individuals in completing the 70 hours of education required to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
• Engagement methods and strategies,
• Individual and community assessment,
• Culturally and linguistically appropriate responsiveness,
• Promoting health and wellbeing,
• Care coordination and system navigation,
• Public health concepts and approaches,
• Advocacy and community capacity building,
• Safety and self-care,
• Ethical responsibilities and professional skills,
• Collaborative curriculum development with artist-facilitators,
• Collaborative curriculum delivery with artist-facilitators,
• Mentoring or support to cohort on completion of portfolio and other requirements of certification.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on October 15,2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
