(1) Vendor needs to provide operations management, support and professional services to increase access to quality, affordable health coverage: operations management team, tier two customer issue escalation and operations support and other professional services, customer service management, business process improvement, content and training management, functional system design/application support, problem management, testing analyst, appeals analyst, customer operations and support management, working closely with the customer service vendors to ensure contract compliance, cost-effective operations and continuous improvement, functional system design and application support, business process improvements, training and content management and technical problem management, etc. to the government authority located in Rhode Island.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 12, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
