[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide easement acquisition services including avigation easements, on off-airport properties to the government authority located in Warwick, RI.
- Identifying individual property owners’ trees or other obstructions on their property
- Provide demonstrated experience in acquiring easements and may be assigned the responsibility for coordinating
- Obtaining title searches for each identified property
- Performing standard boundary survey consisting of the collection of all existing deeds and plans.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 30, 2019.
(3) The term of the contract will be five years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
