[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide custom planar biaxial testing system to the government authority located in Kingston, RI.
- 8 channels of input with data log rates to 1 kHz,
- Perform all common mechanical tests according to ASTM, DIN, ISO and JIS standards,
- Create simple single or multi segment load sequence,
- Closed loop servo control with monotonic, cyclic, and segmented control profiles with software selectable control channels that can be changed on the fly,
- Controller and software package is Windows 10 PC based using USB interface to testing system,
- Unlimited number of software installs to allow users to install the software on their personal computers,
- Eight (8) Digital inputs for monitoring machine status such as over travel limit switches, interlocks and interfacing to external devices,
- Numeric displays on the computer screen show live, peak and rate readings for Load, Stress, Position, Axial Strain Transverse Strain and Auxiliary Inputs. - Real-time XY graph,
- Calculation of high, low, mean, and standard deviation for a group of tests,
- Save and recall test methods for accurate and repeatable testing,
- Automatic saving of test data to file for later recall, graphing and results calculation, storage of test data and results to hard disk in delimited format for easy import into popular database and spreadsheet programs.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 23, 2019.
