Vendor needs to provide municipal financial software to serve the current and projected needs of the town.
- Software must be compliant with recognized governmental fund accounting standards and state general law
- Include all application software, data conversion, initial training, project implementation and administration, and on-going maintenance, training and support services
- Ability to convert a minimum of three years of legacy data
- Ability to post manual journal entries
- Fixed assets and inventory management
- Ability to provide alerts if findings are entered after signed
- Capability to accommodate multiple levels of role-based user access that restricts access to the appropriate role
- Capability to manage, track and report user access to a specific data element.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
