[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide payroll solution implement a bi-weekly payroll service with ability to make one-time payments for all full-time and part-time employees with multiple pay grade levels for individual employees, and to pay employment-related taxes.
- Ability and capacity to assist participants to learn more about their responsibilities and to carry out their responsibilities as participants
- Ability to process multiple deductions both pre-tax and post-tax
- Able to provide an interface between the payroll system and the town’s financial accounting software
- Provider to import all year-to-date payroll and tax information to provide a single point of reporting for the current calendar year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
