vendor needs to provide long-term care person-centered options counseling services to assist in developing a roadmap for implementing state-wide person-centered options counseling that leverages and strengthens the state’s capacity to assist consumers in making reasoned choices about their care options to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- To improving: system navigation, personal choice and independence; service quality, and consumer satisfaction.
- Obtain assistance in developing the roadmap for implementing on a statewide-basis,
- Access the necessary levels of project management expertise and the technical skills required to effectively and efficiently implement within the parameters authorized by the State.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
