[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology management services and support including procurement and installation of hardware, schedule maintenance, monitoring to detect and resolve issues, security, remote and on-site support services, improved it governance through controlled and authorized changes, desktop and email backup for compliance with public information requests and applicable public record retention laws, desktop and cloud-based software upgrades to the government authority located in Cumberland, RI.
- Server and cloud migration strategy including a cost and benefit analysis with a focus on operationalizing technology costs, data center consolidation, strategic planning for hardware consolidation and replacement across multiple locations, application mapping and placement, migration planning and execution, and a strategy for further migrations to the cloud
(2) A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on July 22, 2019 to August 9, 2019 2019.
(3) The term of the contract will be three years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
