[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide renewal energy financial consultant services to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Assist in the review and evaluation of the responses received from the for a virtual net metered Project,
- Develop and prepare memos, power point presentations, memorandum of understanding, net metering credit agreement or other appropriate contractual arrangements with the selected renewable developer and all terms and conditions therein, to support this work,
- Assist in negotiating optimal contract terms and arrangements between and the selected renewable developer.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
