Government Authority located in Rhode Island; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for automated supervised sprinkler system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide, design and installation of a code compliant automatic supervised sprinkler system with fire alarm system monitoring for community board and care residential facilities.
- The licensed sprinkler designer and installer shall be required to design and install a code compliant automatic sprinkler system for facilities licensed by agency based upon a physical inspection of the premises. This shall apply to new installations and upgrades to existing systems.
- The system designer shall also monitor the installation of the sprinkler system and provide the required documentation to all parties involved with the project through its various stages until the project is complete.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 3, 2019.
(3) Contract term will be three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
