[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide professional development services to contract with experienced training professionals consultants to be available on an as‐needed basis to design, develop and facilitate a variety of professional development workshops and programs in NUMERACY for adult education providers for anywhere from one hour to six months or more.
- Training professionals / consultants should be qualified to provide Professional Development opportunities for the state network of adult education providers. This system currently enrolls more than 5,500 adult learners annually. There are currently 262 local teachers, 281 unpaid volunteer tutors, 158 administrator positions, and 33 local counselors.
Training professionals / consultants interested in providing Professional Development for this workforce should submit bids detailing experience and capacity to deliver training for any of the following topics:
• Evidence-based Adult Basic Education best practices in Numeracy
• Adult Education College and Career Readiness Standards (CCRS/ELPS)
• Inclusion of Students with Disabilities in Adult Education with Numeracy focus
Training professionals / consultants may also propose other topics that may be of interest to Adult Education facilitators, instructors, tutors and staff working in programs receiving adult education funds.to the government authority located in Warwick, RI.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
