[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide exchange online and implementation services will assist Town in performing a readiness assessment of the existing email infrastructure and domain configurations to include gathering and documenting requirements, developing a migration plan and executing against this plan, services needed to migrate approximately 225 mailboxes to exchange online with email archiving, eDiscovery, anti-malware and antispam filtering capabilities, seamless transition to exchange online while maintaining secure and robust access to and from cloud services to the government authority located in Wakefield, RI.
- “Turn-key” solution including all necessary changes to the town network onsite review to gather and capture information about existing infrastructure, identify potential challenges in this migration and propose solutions, determine required tasks for configuring network and DNS, propose the best sign-on option based on existing structure and domain setup currently, the town has 3 email domains and 3 ad forest, develop migration strategy, identify mailbox size and item counts that will be migrated, determine mail-enabled applications and plan for configuration, conduct bandwidth assessment to calculate migration velocity for mailbox data and review public folders and make recommendation for migration.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 09, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
