(1) Vendor needs to provide student loan billing services for maintaining contact with the borrower, processing deferments and adjustments to borrower's accounts, periodic billing and other notifications, payment processing, loan reporting and training for loan personnel to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
(2) Contract period will be for three years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
